Wines/Spirits

Wines of California, France, Australia & South America
Instructor:Will Fontenot

Evaluating the complexity of a fine wine is an art form anyone can learn. Judging and appreciating a wine’s richness of bouquet, depth of color and timbre of flavor are skills easily developed with practice and instruction.

Join us and learn how wine is made; how to read wine labels; and how to evaluate, buy, store and serve wines. This course will include wines from the four foremost wine-producing areas: France, California, Australia and South America. The take-home reference materials and the fine wines used in the sensory evaluation each night are included in the fees.
