Curriculum Instructions & Forms
All course, curricula, and minor change requests must be approved and signed by the department head, college curriculum committee, and dean prior to submission. Submit undergraduate course/curriculum/minor changes to the University Curriculum Committee (UCC) and graduate course/curriculum changes to the Graduate Council (GC).
After obtaining final signatures on the undergraduate requests, submit requests to the University Curriculum Committee (UCC) representative, Syrine Joubert (BBC 432; ext. 5591). All graduate requests should be submitted to the Graduate Council (GC) representative, Paula Taylor (Farrar 105; ext. 5394)
Courses being considered for General Education or as Writing-Enriched must also go the the General Education Advisory Council or to the Write-to-Excellence Committee Faculty Advisory Group, respectively.
